Grace Church U is a high-commitment program. Students are expected to invest time and effort into watching the videos, writing thoughtful papers, and participating fully in the group meeting. Attendance at scheduled meetings is required. If a student must miss a meeting, they are responsible for notifying the Student Ministries Pastor in advance.

Papers must be submitted on time in order to receive credit for the semester. This is not a free scholarship — it is a reward for meaningful engagement and hard work. Students who do not complete the course requirements or meet the academic standards will not be eligible to receive the scholarship.

The Student Ministries Pastor oversees Grace Church U and is committed to helping students grow in their knowledge of God and His Word. To ensure fairness and accountability, he will co-grade the papers and use plagiarism detection tools to verify authenticity.

While the goal is for every student to succeed, maintaining the integrity of the course is essential. As such, the Student Ministries Pastor may, at times, request revisions, require a full rewrite, or issue a failing grade if necessary. His decisions are final.
